Bike Sprints Pre-season conditioning

**This workout is simple, but intense.  In order to benefit from it you must push yourself to the edge, and complete each sprint with as much intensity as possible.  

 

Sprint on bike for 30secs at high level, rest for 90secs -------------------------- 3x

Sprint on bike for 30secs at high level, rest for 60secs -------------------------- 2x

Sprint on bike for 30secs at high level, rest for 90secs -------------------------- 3x 

 If you are going to do this program, make sure to take a day off between each workout.  This is a two-week conditioning program for you to ramp up for the season.  If you find this program too easy at the beginning, simply add to each set on every day to make it hard enough for you.
