Bike Sprints Pre-season conditioning

**After completing Bike Sprints Day 1 you should then proceed to do this workout.  Remember, intensity is the key to it working for you.

 

Sprint on bike for 30secs at high level, rest for 90secs ------------------ 3x

Sprint on bike for 30secs at high level, rest for 60secs ------------------ 5x

If you are going to do this program, make sure to take a day off between each workout.  This is a two-week conditioning program for you to ramp up for the season.  If you find this program too easy at the beginning, simply add to each set on every day to make it hard enough for you.
