Bike Sprints Pre-Season Conditioning

**After completing Bike Sprint Day 2 you should then proceed to do this workout.  To find the entire Bike Sprint Program or similar programs search "bike sprints."


Sprint on bike for 30sec at a high level, rest for 60sec ------------------- 6x

Sprint on bike for 30sec at high level, rest for 90sec -------------------- 4x

 If you are going to do this program, make sure to take a day off between each workout.  This is a two-week conditioning program for you to ramp up for the season.  If you find this program too easy at the beginning, simply add to each set on every day to make it hard enough for you.
