 Keep Bar Parallel With Ground. Hands can be placed anywhere on the bar. The closer together your hands are the less you are
working your chest muscles and the more you are working your triceps. The farther apart your hands are the more you work your chest muscles.
Bring the bar down to your chest. Inhale as you bring the bar down.
Exhale as you bring the bar up.
