Fortis Weight Training Philosophy
It isn't our mission to try to get you to do one sort of weight training workout or program. That is why we have so many of them on our website. Rather, our goal is to provide enough programs and workouts so you can reach your training goals. With all the workouts that we have you might get confused as to which ones you should be doing. If that be so, please email us at fortis@fortismag.com. We will let you know what we think will help you achieve your fitness goals. Below are two principles that you will want to pay attention to when choosing your workout or program:
1) Variety - variety is the key to success. Don't do the same workout or program for more than 8 weeks (there may be a few exceptions).
2) Be intense. Why go in the weight room if you don't give it all you have?
