A Callisthenic workout

Assign an exercise to each color or suit

Choose a card do that number of reps Face card = 10 reps

Pick a card, do the exercise along with the amount of repetitions the card tells you to do, and then pick another card.  No or very little rest in between sets.

 

Example

Reds= push ups

Blacks = Sit ups

 

7 of spades- Do 7 sit ups

King of diamonds- Do 10 pushups

5 of hearts Do 5 push ups

Etc.

 

*Joker can also be used: on a joker do 20-50 reps of a different exercise

 

Use a variety of exercises

Push ups

Sit ups

Burpees

Squats

Lunges

Jumping jacks
