This drill will improve your foot work, defensive stance, speed, leg strength, and endurance.

1. Start in the corner where baseline and sideline meet
2. Sprint to half court
3. Shuffle across the half court line in a good defensive stance
4. Sprint to the the baseline (kitty corner from where you started)
5. Shuffle across the base line in a good defensive stance
6. Back pedal to half court
7. Shuffle across the half court line in a good defensive stance
8. Back pedal to the base line (same baseline your started at but other corner)
9. Shuffle back to original position in good defensive stance
10. Finish with 10 jumps (pick a spot high on a wall and touch it each time)
