Squat Jumps 2 sets of 10reps

 

Walking Lunges with weight 2 sets of 10 each leg

 

Side lunges 2 sets of 8 each leg

 

One-legged Jumps 2 sets of 8 each leg

 

Squats 4 sets of 8 with 3 jumps after each set
