Warm-up (do whatever you like; bike , run, etc.)
Stretch (Get in a good 10 minutes of stretching)
Walking Lunges ..4x length of gym
Side Lunges ..3x 10reps each leg
Skating Lunges ..3x 10reps each leg
Squat Walks ..3x Length of Gym
Frog Jumps ..3x 8reps
Lunges + Jump .3x 8reps
One-legged Squat ..4x 10reps each leg
Step-ups ..4x 15reps each leg
Wall-sits ..3x 30seconds
Squats ..5x 10reps + 3 jumps after each set
