Speed Lay Ups

 

Start at the right elbow dribble in at make a right handed ay up. Then Dribble out to the left elbow and go in for a left handed lay up.  Continue switching sides and make as many lay ups as possible in 1 minute. 

 

You can also do this drill performing reverse lay ups.  Right elbow to left hand reverse lay up, left elbow to right hand reverse lay up.

 

Try to take big steps.  Get to the basket in as few dribbles and possible.
