Recommend about 10 group members
Start with all group members in a straight line. Spread out and begin jogging slowly as a warm up. Once warmed up the drill begins. The group member in the back sprints to the front of the line and then begins jogging. Once the sprinter starts jogging again in the front of the line, the group member now in the back of the line sprints to the front. Repeat this process until desired time is lapsed or distance is acquired. Remember to keep the jog slow enough to be able to sprint at 100%. The sprints work on the anaerobic pathway, and the jogging works of the aerobic pathway. This drill will help you recover faster from strenuous work.
