High Knees

Butt Kicks

Work Out:

Squat and Jump, 3 sets, 20 reps

One Legged Leg Press, 3 sets, 10 reps each leg

Lunges w/ Dumbbells, 3 sets, 10 reps each leg

One Legged Jumps, 3 sets, 8 reps each leg 

 

Conditioning:

Quick Jumps on Toes (Never let heels hit the ground) for 15 seconds

Wall Sit for 30 seconds

Repeat 5 times

 

Short rest

 

Finish w/ 2 Killers
